Square. It include three
distached halls, which
are connected to each
other:
The first hall: In this
hall, there are stony
figures which were
discovered in different
parts of Iran by
research group of
museum, and earthwares
(earthen) brass
handmade, and different
kind of coins. They show
exact understanding and
interest of Iranians in
their environment. In
addition more than 300
sights of wildlife in
Iran were exposed to
exhibition.
The second hall: This
hall is devoted to
aquatics and includes
two parts:
Part one: There is an
aquarium with different
species of tropical
fresh (desalinated)
water fishes for
research. In addition,
constructing two
aquariums one for salt
(brine) water fishes and
another large one with
nearly all kinds of
aquatic species are
among its future
development plants.
Part two: Fixed aquatics
are kept here. It
include rare samples of
aquatic, reptiles, and
mammals in two forms:
fixed and taxidermic.
The third hall: There is
a collection of
different samples of
minerals, fossils, and
sedimentary rocks, which
remain from different
geological periods of
Iran. Although, it is a
small sample of Iran’s
fossils and deposits but
is the riches ones among
the similar collections
in Iran.
